Many people use Search Engines to find information. Google is a very popular search engine.

When looking for definitions here is a hint...
instead of just putting in the word e.g. 'riparian'
Ask Google a question 'What is riparian?'
See the difference in your responses... hmm you do get an answer both ways but the latter method may get you closer.... to what you are after

biome A biome is a large area with similar flora, fauna, and microorganisms. They usually include deserts, rainforests, grasslands, tundra, tiaga, marine and freshwater.



ecosystem A grouping of various organisms interacting with each other and their environment. It can be big, eg Great Barrrier Reef or very small eg puddle.
